EXPLORE THE BEAUTIFUL WORLD OF SEASCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY

A wonderful little Photo Escape to the NSW Coastal town of Kiama. A beautiful seaside destination, Kiama is known for it's small town charm and it's fantastic photographic opportunities.

During this action packed 3-day retreat, we will visit iconic locations such as the Kiama Rock Pool, Bombo Beach, Cathedral Rocks and the Kiama Lighthouse. Rather than spend our time together in a classroom, all our instruction will take place on site. We will however, continue to explore the fundamentals of Seascape Photography and provide guidance in the field covering the following topics:

  • Appropriate Camera Settings
  • Seascape Composition
  • The use of Neutral Density filters
  • Extreme Long Exposure techniques
  • Exposure Bracketing and HDR Photography

You will be encouraged to try each of these techniques during the various photoshoots.

In between locations we will take the time to explore the hospitality of this welcoming coastal town while we enjoy a coffee or tea and review our images and answer any questions you may have. As our day finishes we will join each other for a lovely meal and perhaps find a place to spend some time enjoying a glass of wine and a bit of photo editing.

Personal assistance will be available during each of the shoots to guide you with the various techniques and to ensure you capture stunning images.
